Give me 3 hours a week and I’ll show you how to get a new body, or anything else fitness related, using my guaranteed fitness system. I have helped many people getting  in top physical shape,… Would you want to be the next?

This challenging workout is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by our expert instructor and the upbeat music you spend 10-15 minutes in a cardio, followed by a cycle strength training, and finishing with a great kickboxing workout. Then a  brief stretch and cool down.

To help you to get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence, and new boot camp friendship.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30 to 6:30 am
Tuesday, Thursday 5:30 to 6:30 am
Saturdays 7:30 to 8:30 am
